You’re not looking for cookie-cutter lumber. You’re looking for wood that’s earned its character the hard way — through decades of storms, seasons, and sweat. That’s the story reclaimed weathered grey pine tells. Every board wears its age proudly, showing off sun-bleached tones, nail holes, and saw marks that give your space the kind of depth only time can create.
At BeechCreek Timber Co., we take pride in finding and reclaiming pine that’s seen generations of use in barns and mills across the Southeast. We pull every nail, mill every board, and turn that weathered history into box beams, mantels, and builds that’ll easily outlast the next hundred years.
Reclaimed Weathered Grey Pine Beams: Why Builders Love Them!
Reclaimed weathered grey pine comes from old barns, factories, and homesteads that have stood tall for decades — sometimes centuries. Over time, exposure to sun and rain naturally transforms the pine’s tone, creating that signature silver-grey color that designers and builders can’t get enough of.
But it’s not just about looks. Pine is a tough, flexible softwood that’s remarkably durable when properly reclaimed and kiln-dried. It’s got just enough give to make installation easy, yet enough backbone to hold

How to Measure
1. Measure the length:
Determine the length of the box beam you need by measuring the distance between the two points where the beam will be installed. Be sure to measure precisely to avoid any gaps or overhangs.
2. Measure the width:
Measure the width of the box beam by determining how wide you want the beam to be. This will depend on your design preferences and the dimensions of the space where the beam will be installed.
3. Measure the height:
Measure the height of the box beam by determining how tall you want the beam to be. This will also depend on your design preferences and the overall look you're trying to achieve.
4. Consider additional details:
If your box beams have any special features such as decorative trim, end caps, or other customizations, be sure to measure these as well to ensure that the final product matches your specifications.
