PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Reclaimed Rough Cut Reclaimed Hemlock

Our box beams are crafted from authentic reclaimed white oak sourced from structures dating back to the 1800s, showcasing the unique character and history of the wood.

• 2, 3 or 4 -sided box construction with outside dimensions as listed above
• Corners mitered for a clean, seamless appearance
• Backside planed and all visible faces sanded
• Natural color range of light to dark brown (hues of red, orange and yellow) 
• Rough Cut Reclaimed Hemlock varies in light to heavy saw marks
• These can be stained upon request
• Wire brushed or sanded finish are optional
• Bore care treatment applied for added protection and stability
• Built from barn wood siding that is anywhere from 60 to 200 years old

Each beam is one-of-a-kind, with natural variation in grain, stress cracks, nail holes, bug holes, knots, and patina that reflects its historic origin.

INSTALLATION

Here is what we recommend doing for installation. 

• Install Support Brackets: Use wood 2'x4'-10' for brackets or other support structures to anchor the beams securely to the ceiling or wall. Make sure the brackets are properly spaced and aligned. You may have to rip down the 2"x4"-10' to match the inside dimension of the box beam.
• Attach the Beams: Lift the wood box beams into place and attach them to the support brackets using lag bolts or screws. Ensure that the

Measure the height of the box beam by determining how tall you want the beam to be. This will also depend on your design preferences and the overall look you're trying to achieve.

If your box beams have any special features such as decorative trim, end caps, or other customizations, be sure to measure these as well to ensure that the final product matches your specifications.
